The total site area is about 90055.67 square meters (about 135.08 acres), intended to be implemented by stages.The design is Phase I plant construction project for Santoni Knitting Machine CO.,LTD. According to red line map provided by client, the site area is 30016.30 square meters (about 45.0 acres). A building of integrated workshop, a guardhouse, motorcycle shed, bicycle shed and some others are intended to be built in the plant. Total building footprint area of phase I is 21089.64 square meters.
