Good News | China Haisum Wins the 2022 "Standard Scientific and Technological Innovation Award"

Recently, the award ceremony for the 2022 Standard Scientific and Technological Innovation Award was held in Beijing. After a series of procedures including recommendation and application, formal review, initial expert evaluation, on-site project defense, voting by the evaluation committee, final approval, and public announcement, China Haisum's chief-edited publication, Code for Design of Liquid Biofuel Plant (GB 50957-2013), was honored with the third prize in the project category of the "Standard Scientific and Technological Innovation Award".

Since its implementation in July 2014, the Code for Design of Liquid Biofuel Plant has become one of the main standards followed in the construction of fuel ethanol projects, filling the gap in the design specification for liquid biofuel. Since the issuance of this Code, more than 11 fuel ethanol plants have been approved and constructed in China, leading the development of liquid biofuel engineering equipment and technology overseas. At the same time, the Code has become a reference for engineering designers in the field of bio-chemical engineering.

The "Standard Scientific and Technological Innovation Award" is the only standard award in the field of engineering construction established by the China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization with the approval of the National Office for Science & Technology Awards of the Ministry of Science and Technology. It has become a platform for promoting high-end standardization achievements and exchanging standard scientific and technological innovation experiences, with strong appeal, influence, and penetration. The Code is a national standard specification approved by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, edited by China Haisum's headquarters in Shanghai, and co-edited by GDE and Xi'an Branch. This award is of great significance to the Company's influence and business expansion in the field of new energy.
