On March 13, 2023, Zhao Guoang, Vice General Manager of Poly Sinolight, Party Secretary and Chairman of China Haisum, led a delegation to conduct business exchanges and cooperative discussions with China Paper Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as China Paper). Zhao Guoang and his team were warmly received by Zhong Tianqi, Party Secretary and General Manager of China Paper, Cao Weiliang, Vice General Manager, and other leaders.

During the meeting, the head of China Haisum's Business Development Center introduced the Company's profile and provided a detailed overview of their expertise in the traditional industry of pulp and paper engineering services, highlighting the cooperative history between China Haisum and China Paper. Leaders from China Haisum's Shanghai headquarters, GDE, CEC, Beijing Branch, as well as China Light Industry Construction, individually introduced their respective cooperative projects.

Zhao Guoang expressed gratitude for the continuous support and trust from China Paper. He provided an update on the Company's organizational changes, management empowerment, digital transformation, and equity incentives, emphasizing China Haisum's engineering services and technical advantages in intelligent manufacturing and smart engineering that cover the entire range, process, and lifecycle, including consulting, design, turnkey solutions, and management, among others. He pointed out that both China Haisum and China Paper are central enterprises and can engage in multidimensional cooperation in terms of cultural construction and business needs. He also stated that the Company will fully leverage its professional expertise to provide China Paper with high-quality value-added services and jointly create more green and digital benchmark projects.

Zhong Tianqi expressed his gratitude to China Haisum as an important engineering service provider for China Paper, acknowledging its consistent commitment to constructing every project with high-quality craftsmanship. He noted that in recent years, China Haisum's layout and development in digital transformation, intelligent manufacturing, and "dual-carbon (carbon peak and carbon neutrality)" businesses have been forward-thinking and strategic, aligning with the development direction of China Paper. With the broad prospects of the pulp and paper market in the next five years, he hoped that both parties could establish a long-term mechanism, collaborate and expand the depth and breadth of cooperation for win-win outcomes.

During the meeting, both sides also had in-depth discussions on business cooperation, the status quo of the industry, and future development directions, and shared industry insights and perspectives, laying a foundation for more long-term cooperation in the future.

Chen Rongrong, Deputy Party Secretary and President of China Haisum, as well as leaders from related subsidiary companies including Guangdong Guanhao High-Tech Co., Ltd., and Yueyang Forest & Paper Co., Ltd., were also present at the meeting.
