On September 16, An Shengjie, assistant general manager of China Poly Group and secretary of the CPC Committee and chairman of Poly Sinolight, paid a visit to China Haisum for investigation. Zhang Xi, deputy general manager of Poly Sinolight, and Dong Jianhui, director of Enterprise Development Department accompanied for the investigation.

During the investigation, An Shengjie and his delegation listened to the detailed reports of Zhao Guoang, secretary of the CPC Committee and chairman of China Haisum, on the company's basic information, business performance since the 13th Five-year Plan, completion of development and reform tasks, the "14th Five-year Plan" development strategy programming, key work plans in the second half of 2022, major problems faced by production and operation and countermeasures, as well as relevant opinions and suggestions; the special reports on the science and technology development plan and progress, digital transformation plan and progress of Technology R&D Center and EIM Digital Innovation Center of Haisum headquarters; the work report of Haisum Shanghai Headquarters. At the seminar, An Shengjie and his delegation also had in-depth communications with China Haisum team members and heads of departments in the headquarters.

An Shengjie fully affirmed the achievements in reform and development made by China Haisum. He pointed out that China Haisum implemented the work deployment of Poly Sinolight, adhered to the strategic guidance of the "14th Five-year Plan", and made remarkable achievements in scientific and technological innovation, management innovation, organizational change, digitalization of achievements, collaborative development and other aspects. He also stressed that it is necessary to, revolving around the enterprise mission of finding value, creating value and realizing value, continue to focus on national strategies, adapt to development trends, strengthen eight-dimensional lean management, and do the following six jobs well:

First, strengthen Party building. Benchmark the task indexes of the Party construction improvement project to carefully plan for the improvement tasks next year. Adhere to the deep integration of Party building with business to drive forward as a whole, give play to the leading role of Party building to truly solve the difficulties and pain points in business development.

Second, ensure the implementation of strategies. The goals of the "14th Five-year Plan" shall be planned in details and laid out in advance to ensure that there are sufficient projects and businesses to support the implementation of various tasks and objectives. Look for business opportunities from traditional businesses, do a good job in industry development research, build core technologies, and accelerate the construction of digital industries.

Third, strengthen compliance control. It is necessary to further sort out and learn policies and norms and continue to strengthen coordination at all levels under the premise of compliance management to give play to greater effectiveness of coordination.

Fourth, establish the bottom-line thinking and prevent and resolve major risks. Summarize experiences and lessons, strengthen system construction, and strengthen process and cost management in the process of internationalization; attach great importance to the risk prevention of overseas business. Actively explore overseas markets, in the meantime, keep improving anti-risk capability for overseas business and establish and improve the risk prevention mechanism.
