China Haisum Holds the Second "Eight-dimensional Lean" Work Experience Exchange Meeting in 2022

On August 30, China Haisum held the second "Eight-dimensional Lean" Work Experience Exchange Meeting in 2022. About 100 people attended the meeting, including Chen Zhiming, vice leader of the company's lean management leading group and vice president, leaders in charge of lean management of each business unit, and relevant personnel of the headquarters and each business unit's lean office and research group. The meeting was held in the form of on-site meeting + online video.

At the meeting, GDE and China Light Industry Xi'an Design Engineering Co. Ltd. made exchange speeches respectively. From each dimension of "Eight-dimensional Lean", the two companies introduced the implementation of lean management action plan, progress, practical results and small/ micro improvement in the first half of the year.

At this meeting, Zhao Ye, cost manager of the cost contract center of the headquarters and the deputy leader of the research group of "digital technology-based company lean management", was specially invited for exchanges. In combination with the actual research, she made a detailed introduction, with the title of Application of Lean Management Tool DMAIC Method (Definition Phase), from the aspects of background introduction, problem statement, project research scope and SIPOC diagram, VOC and CTQ, goal statement and project income calculation, to help people further understand the meaning and practical application of DMAIC method (definition phase).

At the meeting, each unit was required to take the initiative to learn the connotation of "eight-dimensional lean" (accurate concept, precise governance, consummate technology, refined process, refined results, exquisite products, elaborate service, and wonderful brand), precisely understand, accurately grasp and comprehensively implement them, continuously promote in-depth lean management, re-precipitate, re-think, re-enrich, optimize and improve the "eight-dimensional lean" (all-round, multi-dimensional, and three-dimensional), so as to achieve the transformation from "plane lean" (learning + application) to "three-dimensional lean" (learning + application + innovation).

In addition, detailed arrangements were made on lean management monthly report, action plan implementation, continuous promotion, small/ micro improvement, lean recommended reading and other work and data submission in August.
