China Haisum Holds a Seminar on the Digital Transformation Platform for Whole-process Consulting

In order to further promote the construction of supervision informatization and the digital transformation of the whole-process consulting, on July 14, China Haisum held the "Haisum Seminar on the Digital Transformation Platform for Whole-process Consulting" in Changsha. Chen Rongrong, deputy secretary of the company's CPC committee and president, and Chen Zhiming, vice president of the company, attended the seminar. Heads of relevant departments of the headquarters, relevant heads of CEC and Changshun Project Management Co., Ltd. attended the seminar on-site, while leaders in charge of subsidiaries and heads of relevant departments attended online.

At the seminar, Huang Yong, general manager of Changshun Project Management Co., Ltd., shared his experience on informatization construction and digital transformation of supervision; experts in the whole-process consulting industry shared the experience of digital transformation of project management with the theme of "whole-process consulting and digital application". The subsidiaries also exchanged views on the development of the whole-process consulting business and digital transformation, as well as the plan, requirements and suggestions for the digital transformation of whole-process consulting.

Pan Zhixiang, general manager of the EIM Digital Innovation Center at the headquarters, Zhang Jiajun, deputy general manager of the Technology R&D Center, Xu Yongmin, general manager of the Strategic Operation Center, and Zhang Zhi, general manager of the Market Development Center, respectively, delivered keynote speeches from the aspects of business management and future development ideas based on the management requirements of the headquarters.

At the end of the seminar, Chen Rongrong made a concluding speech, in which he put forward three requirements for building a digital transformation platform for the whole-process consulting business:

The first is to stick to the goal of transforming into a platform company. Through digital transformation and cloud factory construction, efforts should be taken to get rid of homogeneous competition, achieve differentiation, and occupy the frontier markets.

The second is to rely on the new platform to integrate resources, empower the headquarters, and extend the industrial chain. The company will set up a whole-process consulting business department, build a whole-process consulting business platform at the headquarters, integrate the strengths of various sections, take advantage of digital products, and prepare for the future provision of digital twin solutions while strengthening its own project management capabilities.

The third is to unify the standards and vigorously develop the whole-process consulting business of the pan-light industry. The whole-process consulting business enjoys a broad market. In the face of more and more project opportunities in the future, the company must make arrangements in advance, promote its strengths and avoid its weaknesses, and establish the brand of China Haisum in the market through synergistic symbiosis and unified standards, striving to become a domestic first-class and internationally renowned technology-based engineering company as soon as possible.
