From March 17 to 18, the Party Secretary and the Chairman Zhao Guoang, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and the Secretary of the Disciplinary Committee Li Yimin, the Secretary of the Board of Directors and Chief Financial Officer, and Guangzhou Company Chairman Lin Lin went to Guangzhou Company for research and guidance.

On the afternoon of the 17th, the Guangzhou Company held a cadres meeting with Luo Jun, the Party Secretary and the General Manager of Guangzhou Company, presiding over the meeting. Li Yimin announced the cadre appointment and dismissal documents of the two comrades Jiang Chao and Zhu Cheng as the Deputy General Managers of Guangzhou Company, and then the newly appointed comrades made personal statements respectively, and Luo Jun made a statement on behalf of the Guangzhou Company team.

Zhao Guoang made a speech at the meeting. He pointed out that the supplementary adjustment to the leadership team of the Guangzhou Company was to strengthen the leadership of the company by the Party Committee of Haisum and further implement the spirit of the SinoLight Corporation Party Committee’s instructions on strengthening cadre exchanges. According to the reform and development of Haisum, such decisions were made through careful consideration and research with discretion. It is hoped that through this supplementary and adjustment of cadres, the company can share resources, complement the advantages of talents, and learn management methods, which will further stimulate the vitality of the cadre team and the enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and bring new positive changes to various tasks. He also required that all cadres and comrades present at the meeting shall raise their political awareness and consciousness, resolutely support and implement the decisions and deployment of the Party committee, adhere to the leadership of the Party, strengthen the Party building, put political construction in the first place and give full play to the leadership of the Party committee. Secondly, we must sum up experience, strengthen the belief of rapid development and usher the company to a new level. Thirdly, we must optimize the organization versatilely to improve the organizational system. The new team must conduct extensive research, focus on the future and the development. It must continue to explore and optimize the model, surpass the existing model, achieve organizational management optimization, company transformation and upgrading, and turn the company into an advanced engineering company that will be able to compete with domestic and foreign distinguished businesses in the future and undertake larger and better general contracting projects. He hoped that the new team would build a broad consensus, mobilize all the positive factors, start a new journey with a strong sense of responsibility, and make contributions with vigorous management innovation and more active operating capabilities.

After listening to the work report, Li Yimin and Lin Lin put forward specific requirements for the Guangzhou Company team in conjunction with their respective duties. Zhao Guoang affirmed the development ideas and work development of the Guangzhou Company. Combined with the company’s “14th Five-Year Plan” strategic development plan and organizational reforms, he emphasized that the Guangzhou Company shall pay attention to the development quality and risk prevention and control while focusing on development speed to shift the company into a digital, technological, and international company with eyes on the overall situation and cultivate compound engineering management talents for the sake of revenue and profit growth.
