The 863 and Mingpu Projects of Shanghai STVC Group contracted by the Company successfully completed

On November 23, the waving red banners in the 863 software industrialization base in Pujiang Town created a warm atmosphere. The 863 new smart city plant project and Mingpu new dual concurrent plant project of Shanghai STVC Group contracted by Division III of the Company were successfully completed. Chairman Yan Xiaojian and Vice President Qi Yongyi of the Company, Pan Zheng, the Deputy General Manager of Shanghai STVC Group, the Chairman of 863 Company and Mingpu Company, Wu Han, the Deputy General Manager of Shanghai Fesco Engineering Management Co., Ltd. and other leaders as well as relevant superintendents of the owner, the supervisor, our project team and the subcontractors were present at the completion ceremony.

The 863 and Mingpu Projects were funded by Shanghai STVC Group in response to the strong promotion of "mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship" in China and the building of a global S&T entrepreneurship center in Shanghai. On January 21, 2016, our company and the owner signed the design-construction integration EPC contract after rigorous bidding operation. During the following approx. two years, the project team successfully finished the foundation pit project, the main structure construction, the fine decoration & MEP installation, and the completion acceptance etc. through excellent collaboration and rational scheduling; the project was successfully completed in November this year.

With a land area of 12,055 square meters and a floor area of 16,275.16 square meters, the 863 Project is composed of two 4-story L-shaped production plants and one single-story integral basement. With a land area of 9,740.4 square meters and a floor area of 16,320.8 square meters, Phase II of the Mingpu Project is composed of three vertically staggered production plants and one single-story integral basement. In general, the buildings are rational & rigorous, natural & casual, and visually stylish & generous. As a design-construction integration EPC project finished by our company, this project fully exhibits the superiorities of our design-led EPC model, having gathered experience and laying a solid foundation for undertaking more design-construction integration EPC projects in future.
