At the conference of Party representatives held in electoral unit 35 of the economics & information technology system of Shanghai in April 5, 2017 according to the unified arrangement of economics & information technology system of Shanghai, Comrade Xu Datong was elected the delegate to the Eleventh Congress of Party Representatives through secret ballot and competitive election.
