Chen Rongrong, the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and the President of Haisum Went to Haisum Nanning for Investigation

       During June 15 and June 16, Chen Rongrong, the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and the President of Haisum went to Haisum Nanning for investigation, learned the production and management conditions and put forward specific requirements for the next stage of work.

       On June 15, Chen Rongrong held a discussion with the leading group of Haisum Nanning and listened to the work report. Peng Xiaoping, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of Haisum Nanning, reported the actual situation, digital transformation, risk control and other matters of the Company after the organizational reform, Ruan Yang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and General Manager of Haisum Nanning, reported the company's operation and production in the first half of 2022, and Li Meng and Teng Jianju, Deputy General Manager of Haisum Nanning, reported the progress of two cocoa processing projects in Côte d'Ivoire.

       On June 16, Chen Rongrong held a management exchange meeting and discussed with middle-level leaders, Deputy Chief Engineers and department assistants of Haisum Nanning. At the meeting, Chen Rongrong affirmed the achievements of Haisum Nanning's organizational reform and production and operation in 2022, and he pointed out that the implementation of organizational reform, process reengineering and scientific and technological innovation are the measures taken by Haisum Nanning in the front of the development bottleneck. Chen Rongrong put forward five requirements for the following work:

      I. Conduct in-depth research and consider issues occurred in the process of reform, and make constant adjustment and improvement, give full play to the pivotal role of project management to blaze a farther and stabler path of development. II. Strengthen the construction of the talent team, cultivate employees beyond their own, stimulate employees' potential by reforming, motivate employees, excavate talents and liberate the goodwill of each employee. III. Every manager and employee shall continue to learn from masters and books immersively, and develop leadership in the actual combat process. IV. Leaders shall use financial thinking to manage business, draw from others' mistakes, pursue excellence in both industry and wealth, develop data-oriented business, build data-oriented platforms, and demonstrate and make decisions based on data. V. Keep in mind the mission of organizational reform and bring in brainstorms to think about survival after reform. We should focus on the future development of existing business, such as the candy paper industry, environmental protection, medical treatment and civil construction.

       At the meeting, Peng Xiaoping required all participants of Haisum Nanning to study seriously after the meeting, bear them in mind and practice in daily life, Moreover, the responsibility and execution of leaders shall be improved and the ideas of development shall be innovated, striving to complete the tasks and indicators of the year.
