Haisum Engineering Co., Ltd. belongs to the China Light Industry
Group(which is under jurisdiction of the State-owned Assets
Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council)
affiliating some other strategic investors. It was established
and wholly reformed upon the Shanghai Design Institute of
Light Industry of China which was built in 1953. On February
15 2007, Haisum became a public listed company on Shenzhen
Stock Exchange, with stock name short as China Haisum and
Stock code 002116.
The headquarter of China Haisum Stock is located in Shanghai.
It has eleven subsidiary companies located in Beijing, Guangzhou,
Changsha, Wuhan, Chengdu, Nanning, Xian, etc. respectively.
It is one of the biggest comprehensive stock engineering listed
companies in China, providing industries and civil engineering
consultation, design, supervision and EPC including procurement,
construction, training, trial run, etc.
